All payment methods on specs-berlin.de are provided by our payment provider Heidelberger Payment GmbH . All of the data is transmitted via SSL-encryption and credit card transactions can only be accepted through SET (Secure Electronic Transactions).


Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders with our logistics partner UPS.

Depending on your location, the shipping time may take:
Germany: 2 – 3 working days
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden: 5 – 7 working days

Free shipping on all orders to Germany.
UPS Standard delivery to Germany: 0,00 €
UPS Standard delivery to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Sweden: 10,00 €

Once your order has been carefully packed and delivered to UPS, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Here you can find your tracking number which gives you the option to check the status of your shipment.

For all shipments: On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there are no processings and delivery on your order. If an item is unexpectedly, despite your order carried out, even not in stock or not immediately available and the delivery time will be extended accordingly, we will inform you separately.


Returns

By German Law, we offer a 14 days return policy, which means that you have the ability to send your order back to us within 14 days. Counting from the day that you received them to your address. You do not need to state a reason for return within this time period and You will be given a full refund of the frames (shipping fee excluded) if the glasses are in the same condition as when you received them.
